Tuesdays – 11:30am Power Yoga

Thursdays – 11:30am Power Yoga, 1:15pm Cardio Flow Yoga

Cardio Flow Yoga: This is a powerful, energetic form of yoga in which students move from one pose to the next while connecting the breath to the movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and physical and mental stamina through interval training. This yoga class is ideal for anyone who wants to build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.

Power Yoga: Power Yoga is a challenging and dynamic, balancing intense holds with movement from one pose to the next. Power yoga yoga incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to students, but incorporates variations to modify poses, intensify holds, and challenge the body. Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes this practice as “the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.”

Tuesdays – 5:30pm Moderate Yoga

Note: Dr. Rachel will be gone March 12-24 and April 20-24. All classes will be taught by subs during that period.
